Time: 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM Malaysian Time (MYT)

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Einvois production application during the above time frame. This maintenance is necessary to upgrade the platform with the September release updates.

The September release brings exciting updates, improvements, and bug fixes to enhance your experience.

We focused on addressing identified issues and underlying processes in this version.

Updates

Added calculations for quantities and items under 250.

Bugs Fixed

Handled file invoice and tax exemption errors.

Improved error messages for Excel uploads.

Changed validation date/time to UTC.

Fixed issuance date and portal sync issues.

Depending on your needs, you can enable or disable sum by quantity.

Updated tax exemption and original document reference during filing.

⚠️ How will it affect you?

The production platform will be unavailable from 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM MYT on September 30th, 2024. Sandbox environments will continue to operate without interruptions.

Avoid posting invoices or performing critical actions on the platform during the maintenance period to prevent any data discrepancies.
