E-mail Supported Platforms

Customers can use their own email platform for sending emails, or they can integrate with one of the several major email platforms we support. Below are the platforms we currently support, all of which are payable:

• Google Workspace (GSUITE)
• Microsoft 365
• SendGrid

Required Information:

To configure E-mail sending, the following information is required from customers:

1. SMTP Host
2. Security Type
3. Port
4. From E-mail Address
5. User
6. Password

Note:

The currently supported security type is limited to "None/STARTTLS".

By providing this information, customers can ensure proper integration and functionality with the supported E-mail platforms.
